All plaques are made to order. Plaques are customized with High quality Permanent Vinyl and Acrylic. Plaques are customizable with your song choice and picture. You can choose no music code, Spotify code, QR code  or both. You can also purchase plaque with acrylic stand.. If personalization box is left empty plaque will be made to match photo.

How to order:
1. Choose plaque quantity and style

2. Add this listing to your cart by clicking "Add to cart"

4. Submit your payment information and "Order"

When requesting a custom plaque, please allow 48 hours for a response from the shop. I will send you a proof edit of the design you wish. If no response from the buyer in 48 hours, the design will be processed.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

I ship via USPS. In most cases, once the item has shipped, any delivery issues or delays must be taken up with USPS by the customer.

Once tracking shows that your item was delivered, I am unable to replace the item. Any issues at this point must be taken up with USPS. 

If you order from our shop, we can’t be responsible for delays caused by the postal service.

Please make sure your address is correct at checkout and PayPal accounts. I will also ship an item to another address as a gift if needed. Please make sure you have placed the correct name and address to "ship to."
Please be aware that during Covid Pandemic and Holiday Season USPS tends to have an influx of packages, please consider this when ordering items.
