Shipping policy

Processing Time:

The time needed to prepare an order for shipping varies. For details, see individual items.

Orders placed during weekdays ship within 15 business days. Orders placed on weekends will be processed the next business day. Once your package is shipped unfortunately we have no control anymore as your order is on its way and working through the carriers system to you. If you need to make shipping changes we can accommodate as long as your order hasn't been shipped yet. 

COVID 19 update; Due to the overwhelming amount of orders we are processing your order as soon as we can working around the clock. For the most part, all orders are shipping within 1-2 business days with the occasional delay. You will receive an email of shipping notification and a tracking number with USPS. Please note, it can take up to 24 hours for USPS to update tracking history info. If you have any concerns or questions, please feel free to email us as soon as possible. 

Once an order has been shipped, we are not responsible for delays.
